In case you missed it, Team TRB in Houston celebrated some big wins in December, as we expanded our reach into two new Houston area markets, breaking ground in Magnolia and opening a banking center in Rosenberg. 

Magnolia Groundbreaking

Just before Christmas, we broke ground on a new banking center in Magnolia, a suburb of Northwest Houston in Montgomery County. Magnolia represents a vibrant and rapidly evolving community, with small-town charm and proximity to major business hubs. The area has experienced significant residential and commercial growth, supported by infrastructure improvements and community-focused projects.

Our ceremony brought together Team TRB leadership, local officials, and community members. Skip Colvin, Magnolia Market President, leads this project with over 20 years of experience and deep ties to the region. Located at FM 1488 and Community Drive, the Magnolia banking center is expected to open by the end of the year.

Rosenberg Opening

On December 30th, we opened our doors to welcome and serve the Rosenberg community in Houston.

Strategically located in the heart of a rapidly developing area in Southwest Houston, our Rosenberg banking center is well-positioned to support the ongoing growth in Fort Bend County, which continues to see significant residential and commercial development.

With over 25 years of experience serving the Southwest Houston area, Lisa Ta will continue to lead as Market President from our new Rosenberg banking center. The expanded resources and infrastructure of this state-of-the-art branch will empower Team TRB to deepen its impact and better serve Rosenberg and its surrounding communities.

Our Rosenberg team will host a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, January 23, 2025, to celebrate, network, and connect with the community.
